NFAA History

National First Aid Academy (NFAA) was founded in 2003 with the aim of providing quality First Aid training in South Africa. The NFAA was established to meet the growing demand for high-quality First Aid training that would cater to the unique needs of individuals and businesses.

Business started with a few trainers, but over the years it has grown to become one of the leading providers of First Aid training in South Africa. Today, NFAA has a team of experienced and certified trainers who provide training in all the major centers in the country. The decision was made also extend its training services nationwide.

NFAA specializes in providing customized training programs that meet the unique needs of its clients. The training programs offered by NFAA are all approved and follow the latest guidelines according to the international Resuscitating Council, Department of Labour, and SETA standards.

Over the years, NFAA has expanded its training portfolio to include courses in First Aid, Fire, Occupational Health and Safety, and First Aid for Children and Infants. All the trainers at NFAA have current qualifications and are officially authorized to assess and certify each program they teach.

NFAA training services include a host of different programs, which can be taught independently or in combination according to the client’s requirements. The company also offers in-house training, which allows businesses to train their staff on their premises.
